You will work directly with our Head Distiller and Cask Director to select your own Origin of molasses, the fermentation time from the current options available, the distillation type and the cask types we currently have in stock. Fully tailored to meet your desired flavour profile. This unique and exclusive service is by Guide price only.
There are only 10 of the casks available for 2025.
Select from the following:
- Origin of molasses
- Fermentation time (limited to 7 days)
- Distillation type (Column or Pot Still)

Casked in either once filled ex Bourbon, New American Oak or Sherry Cask
- 5 yr storage included and fully managed service
- Discount on cask after care such as bottling etc
