Our British Rum begins with carefully fermented sugar cane molasses that focuses on fruity, aromatic ester development. This is then distilled in two ways; a medium pot still & column, then expertly blending for a rich, complex flavor profile. Once distilled, the rum is aged in once-used Bourbon barrels from renowned Kentucky distilleries, where it takes on layers of warm caramel, creamy vanilla, and a subtle hint of toasted oak.
