Organoleptic Evaluation
On The Nose: The aroma is light; very approachable, rich tropical fruit notes, with floral hints, lemon drizzle cake, caramelising sugar and charred oak.
On the Palate: The rum feels less crowded, with pronounced baking and wood spices working through to citrus zest. It feels well balanced on the palate with wood and rich tropical fruit complexity, grilled banana and chocolate flavours develop.
The Finish: The finish is of good length, influenced by the tropical fruit and charred oak notes from the nose, with lingering hints of banana and spice, smooth finish with a touch of chocolate, caramel, vanilla and coconut notes.
