Organoleptic Evaluation
On The Nose: the aroma is a harmonious blend of ripe tropical fruits, including pineapple, guava, and pink grapefruit, intertwined with subtle hints of honey and a touch of varnish. As the rum opens up, notes of mint and walnut skin emerge, adding layers of complexity
On the Palate: On the palate, the rum presents a creamy texture with a slight bite, delivering flavours of orange oil, nutty banana bread, and apricot. The influence of the oak cask becomes more pronounced over time, introducing flavors of cocoa, peanuts, and spices, with a faint herbal note reminiscent of thyme
The Finish: The finish is long and elegant, balancing between the lingering tropical fruit notes and a refreshing minty undertone. The oak influence provides a structured backbone, ensuring a satisfying conclusion to the tasting experience.
