On the Palate: lime, green olives, and sugarcane juice, complemented by intense notes of cacao, dried fruits, and a persistent finish of caramel, spicy flavours of vanilla and cinnamon. Slightly dry and taut with a full body and warming alcohol. Intense flavours of nuts and leather. A touch of salinity and bitter orange peel may be present.
The Finish: The finish is long and elegant, balancing between the lingering tropical fruit notes and a refreshing minty undertone. The oak influence provides a structured backbone, ensuring a satisfying conclusion to the tasting experience.
