The Shire Bramble

Experience the essence of our region in every sip with our locally inspired Shire Bramble. Crafted with the finest ingredients from our community, this cocktail showcases the rich flavours of our favourite Herefordshire White Heron Framboise, creating a delightful twist on the classic bramble cocktail. It's a taste of home, served up with a touch of local flair.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Rum&Sum Raspberry
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 12ml homemade sugar syrup 
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • 12ml White Heron British Framboise

Step 1

  • Top up with soda (if you have it Fever Tree Lime works well)
  • Garnish with mint

Step 2

Add crushed Ice + 50ml Raspberry R&S

Step 3

To a glass add

  • 1/2 chopped lime
  • 1-2tsp sugar
  • 2 mint sprig leaves
  • 8-10 raspberries
  • Muddle
