Our rums start with premium sugarcane molasses and go through carefully controlled fermentation for maximum flavour development—fruity, aromatic, and clean.

3. Energy-Efficient Distillation

We use hybrid stills that consume up to 75% less energy than traditional copper systems, allowing us to be selective with our cuts and bottle only the best.

4. Profile Variety (6 Core Styles)

From clean white rum through to heavy, characterful rums, our six core profiles give you a huge amount of flexibility—especially when blended.

Each order can be tailored to your desired strength and profile.

5. Aged or Unaged Options

Want to age it yourself or access our stock of maturing casks? We can offer both. Choose from ex-bourbon, virgin oak, or custom cask finishes.

6. Genuine Sustainability

We upcycle all fermented by-product into a regenerative fertiliser used by UK farmers. Every litre of rum produced supports better soil health.
