Whether you’re developing a signature white rum, crafting a cask-aged expression, or sourcing sustainable ingredients for production, we offer the tools, expertise, and flexibility to make it happen.
With 25,000 litres of fermentation capacity and 12,500 litres of distillation capacity, we supply a wide range of premium British bulk rum, single cask rum, and high-grade sugar cane molasses — all produced sustainably here in the UK.

Sourced to the highest quality standards, our sugar cane molasses is ideal for rum fermentation and supports a zero-waste, sustainable production model. It’s also the same molasses used to make our award-winning No. 57 Overproof Rum.
