Crafted with the luscious sweetness of pineapple rum, tangy lime juice, and a hint of simple syrup, this refreshing libation transports you to sun-soaked beaches with every sip. It's the perfect blend of tropical flavours, guaranteed to brighten any occasion.

Ingredients:

50ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Lime Juice
50ml Rum&Sum Pineapple
1 cup of ice cubes
Pineapple Slice for garnish

Step 1

Top up with soda (if you have it Fever Tree Lime works well)
Garnish with mint

Step 2

Add crushed Ice + 50ml Raspberry R&S

Step 3

To a glass add

1/2 chopped lime
1-2tsp sugar
2 mint sprig leaves
8-10 raspberries
Muddle
